Founded in 2008, Shandong Dingchang Tower Co., Ltd. faces the new Eurasian Continental Bridgehead - Rizhao Port on the east, located in the national scenic area with Fulaishan on the west, bordered upon the National Road 206, accompanied by Jiaozhou-Xinyi Railway, with the convenient transportation and a favorable geographical position. Our company's products mainly include 10kV ~ 750kV transmission line towers, a full range of broadcast and communication towers, electric railway contact line support and wind towers, etc. Our products are widely used in electric power, broadcasting, telecommunications, railway transportation and other industries.

With rapid development of electric power & communication industry, seizing the opportunity and capturing the market, since 2008, our company has started to produce various types of iron towers of more than 100,000 tons one after another for power companies, China Unicom and Mobile companies in Shandong, Henan, Gansu, Liaoning, Shanxi, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Hainan, Tianjin and other provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions. Since 2009, our company has begun to undertake the international operations.

To better serve the development of state grid, broadcasting and communication industries, our company undertook the tower project of 200,000 tons in 2008, with the total number of 1,480 employees, including 210 engineering technical personnel. We have the construction area of 100,000 square meters, mainly including ten high-standard angle iron tower workshops, two pipe tower workshops, one galvanizing workshop, storages, finished product workshops, a semi-finished product workshop, standard component workshops, technology research and development centers, quality inspection buildings as well as office and living facilities, etc.

At present, our company has not only more than 560 sets of machinery equipment for manufacturing iron towers, including 21 angle steel CNC automatic processing production lines as well as 8 connecting plate automatic processing lines, but also 2 largest hot dip galvanizing lines in South of Shandong, with the galvanized parts up to 14.8 meters.

Our company has normalized and advanced technology R&D centers and technology sections as well as 66 professional and technical personnel. By using advanced computer design lofting software, mapping software and mapping equipment, our company has implemented the automated production of sample plates, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of lofting. By working with the design Institute for mapping, we have further improved our technical strength, while a variety of process equipment and technologies are mature and reliable, and the production from sample plates to sample rods can be precise, so as to ensure the welding precision and successful installation of tower parts.

Our company has a sound quality management system and perfect detection means. We passed CQM quality management system certification, environmental management system certification and occupational health and safety management system certification in 2010. Meanwhile, our company has more than 320 sets of instruments and equipment for laboratory test, steel physical property test and nondestructive test of five elements, including carbon, sulfur, manganese, phosphorus and silicon, effectively and necessarily controlling the entire process of raw materials and fasteners into the plant, production process and products leaving factory, so that products pass rate has remained at 100%.
